The three colonies are surrounded by a tall range of mountains know as the Mountains of Yon, or just Yon. Each colony has a mine located in these mountains, and a fair amount of people live and work in these mountains. Many people hope to someday find a way to cross to the other side of the mountains and explore the rest of Andolina.
